These terms apply to all visitors of the website, all users of our webshop, and every order placed with FILII DEI. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

An order becomes final once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been sent via email.

4. Pre-Orders

Some FILII DEI products may be offered as pre-order releases. When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock and will be produced after the order window closes.

The estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly communicated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once the pre sale ends and production is completed.

5. Delivery

We currently ship orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium: 3–6 business days

Orders are shipped via an external shipping carrier. FILII DEI cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, errors such as typographical mistakes or incorrect pricing may occur.

FILII DEI shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or incorrect product information, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
