Thank you for your order at FILII DEI. Below you will find information about how and when your order will be shipped.
Pre-Order Shipping
Some FILII DEI products are released as pre-orders. This means the item is produced after the order window closes.
If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the pre sale ends and production has been completed. The estimated shipping timeframe will always be mentioned on the product page.
Shipping Within the Netherlands
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received. This does not go for pre-orders as explained above.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

International Shipping
Currently, FILII DEI ships within the Netherlands and Belgium.
If you would like to place an order from another country, please contact us at info@filiidei.nl and we will see if we can arrange shipping for you.
Processing Times
Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
During busy periods such as product launches or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.
FILII DEI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@filiidei.nl with your order number and photos of the package (if applicable). We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
