Pre-Order Policy

Some items at FILII DEI may be offered as pre-order releases. This allows us to produce pieces in limited quantities while maintaining the quality and care behind every drop.

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock but will be produced specifically for this release.

Payment is collected at checkout to secure your order. Once production is completed, your item will be shipped to you.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may request to cancel your pre-order before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already been delivered and you wish to return it, you may do so according to our Returns Policy.

Returns

Pre-order items follow the same return conditions as regular products. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details regarding return eligibility and refunds.
