At FILII DEI we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order is not exactly what you expected, you may return it within the timeframe below.

Return Eligibility

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your items, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
Returned with all original FILII DEI tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Order

Email us at info@filiidei.nl
Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Package the items securely and send them back using the provided return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the return has been approved.

Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order through our webshop.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@filiidei.nl with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
